The edge bands of the letters produced by using aluminum or aluminum side bands on both surfaces and acrylic (plexi) on the front surface can be painted in the desired color, the front surfaces can be selected from a wide plexi color chart.
Aluminum box letters can be easily used for your letters of high sizes. It is not affected by harsh weather conditions. It is lightweight and durable.
The front surface and side bands of the aluminum box letters are made of electrostatic painted aluminum.
Electrostatic paint color options can be selected from the RAL color chart. The installation of aluminum box letters is made with high mounting screws on the floor.
There is no lighting in Profile 1 models. The illuminated option of these letters is Profile 3 Indirect illuminated box letters.
In indirect illuminated letters, the front surface and side bands can be made of aluminum in accordance with the customer’s request.
Electrostatic paint is applied in aluminum selections. Electrostatic paint color options can be selected from the RAL color chart. The installation of indirect box letters is carried out with high mounting screws on the floor.
The lighting of indirect letters is provided with the most suitable LED modules for box letter lighting.
As with indirect letters, the front and side surfaces are made of electrostatic painted aluminum. LED lighting is placed inside the letters and acrylic is placed in the thickness range of 5 – 20 mm to act as a December emitter on the back of the letters.
The acrylic placed on the back floor reflects the light homogeneously on the back floor, allowing a beam of light to come out from the edges.
The front parts of the front illuminated mesh box letters are rotated with the desired thickness of the mesh in accordance with the customer’s request.
The side band depths can be 60 – 160 mm.
In case the letters with mesh are aluminum, electrostatic paint is applied in the desired RAL code. The back surfaces are closed with 8 – 20 mm dekota and the installation process is performed.
In the case of hand-held box letters, the front surface is selected from the plexi colors in the desired RAL code.
The side bands and back surfaces of the letters are made of electrostatic painted aluminum.
The back surface and the side tape are combined by clincher machine or welding. The combined back surface and side bands are combined with elkamet on the front surface by undergoing electrostatic paint treatment in the desired RAL code. There are various elkamet color options. The front surface is fixed to the side tapes with tiny mounting screws from the elkamet. Elkamet adds a lively air to the letters by giving a mesh image on the front surface and side band edges.
The installation process is completed by removing the front surfaces and closing them in the same way after mounting them to the floor from the rear surfaces.
They are box letters whose back surfaces and side bands are joined by clincher machine or laser spot welding machine using stainless or electrostatic painted aluminum.
Electrostatic is applied to the side band and back ground in the desired RAL code.
